Service staff is well trained they know how to deal with the basic needs of the guest….!!! "I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The package I booked clearly listed certain items, but what was served was far less than promised. The service was slow, unprofessional and unhelpful throughout. To make matters worse, the final bill was almost twice the agreed price — no prior information, no explanation. This felt misleading and untrustworthy. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for honest service and value for money"
